Zombies! Probably the most popular of all undead.
Brainless, fragile yet relentless creatures of the night. They have a unquenchable desire to consume brain matter, to make their victims another member of their undead horde. Apt to losing a limb (or two) on their way to beat your brains out with their bare hands. They will get you, eventually.

Samurai, warriors of honour following the principals of Bushido. The mythology and the facts behind the name serve as a beacon of light in the darkness, a brief respite from the horror stories that normally accompany men of war.
Their idealogical counterparts the Ninja (or shinobi) on the other hand are portrayed as somewhat more sinister; they sneak, they skulk, they prey on the unsuspecting. They think nothing more of planting a sword between the unsuspecting shoulder-blades of their victims.
Ninja are equipped with all manner of sophisticated weaponary from the deadly silent throwing weapons (shuriken) to the nasty looking sickle and chain weapon (kusarigama).
For the Samurai the sword (katana) is the weapon of choice, theirs having a mild curvature and a length around 25 inches. The samurai may also carry a short sword or dagger (tanto) often used on oneself (Seppuku) to prevent capture or torture by one’s enemies or even in an attempt to obtain an honourable exit from a dis-honourable act.
These two diametrically opposed characters both fire our imagination and make for great role-playing. Luckily for us, the Samurai and Ninja are well favoured by miniature manufacturers and there is a plethora of figures to choose from.
Question is “Will your character be a Samurai or Ninja”?

Snake related miniatures; loads of them hissing, slithering, and sliding their way toward you… Okay there a few in there that you might not have thought about (snake men, naga, medusa, hydra and coatl), but these are fantasy miniatures after all! I’m sure there are other snake type miniatures I have missed, can you think of any?
