Salute 2010 limited edition miniature

Salute 2010 limited edition miniature, Sculpted by Adam Clarke, Painted by Kevin Dallimore

Those of you lucky enough (or unlucky enough depending on your point of view) to live in the London area, should head over to Salute 2010 this coming weekend.

Salute is an annual exhibition focusing on wargaming, miniatures, trading, painting and more besides. Salute 2010 will be held at the Excel Centre, London Docklands on Saturday the 24th April 2010.

Pay at door only now, I’m afraid, as advance tickets have sold out. However, if you are one of the first 4000 paying customers through the door, you’ll get to take home an unpainted version of this limited edition miniature for your efforts.

Be there, or be… err, somewhere else!

Update: Galleries of the day, and an image of the overall winner of the painting competition can be found here.

Warhammer 40k Painting & Blog

Never quite managed to get into the 40k thing, even though I like sci-fi. Perhaps it was because I was an avid reader of White Dwarf Magazine before it became overwhelmed with legions of assault rifle wielding troopers all defending the realms of the great emperor himself… Anyway my bad…

If you do, and like to check out some fun painting, checkout this entry, and wargaming stuff on this guys blog:
